Marie is a senior humanitarian and development specialist with over 18 years of extensive field and headquarters experience across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe.
She is the Founder of Innovative Aid Strategy & Consulting (IAS.C), where she provides strategic advisory services to international organizations, non-governmental organizations, and multilateral institutions. Her areas of expertise include humanitarian operational management, innovation in development programming, strategic communications, and climate-resilient development approaches.
Prior to establishing IAS.C, Marie served in leadership and technical roles within several prominent international organizations and NGOs, where she contributed to humanitarian response initiatives in complex and high-risk environments.
Marie has successfully led multi-sectoral projects in diverse operational contexts, supporting emergency responses, sustainable recovery efforts, and resilience-building programs. Her work has consistently focused on advancing the effectiveness, accountability, and innovation capacity of humanitarian and development actors.
